FEBRUARY 18:  ARRIVAL & CHECK-IN

After arriving at DXB Airport on your Emirates flight from IST, you’ll have a 30-minute transfer to the hotel. A meet and greet will be at the hotel, and dinner will be served to end your first evening.

February 19: STEP DUBAI & VIP NETWORKING DINNER

Start your morning with breakfast at the hotel before transferring to Step Dubai at Dubai Internet City. You’ll spend the day attending keynote sessions, networking, and exploring the startup showcase at Step Dubai 2025. After the event, you’ll transfer back to the hotel to relax. In the evening, head out for a networking dinner and return to the hotel afterward.

February 20: STEP DUBAI & AFTER PARTY

Start the morning with breakfast at the hotel, then transfer to Step Dubai. Spend the day attending keynote sessions, networking, and exploring the startup showcase. In the evening, transfer to the Step Dubai After Party before returning to the hotel.

February 21: ABU DHABI VISIT

Begin your morning with an early breakfast at the hotel before transferring to Abu Dhabi. The day includes visits to The Louvre Abu Dhabi, and the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, with lunch at a traditional Emirati restaurant. In the evening, return to Dubai and enjoy a free evening to relax.

February 22: YACHT TRIP OR DESERT SAFARI

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel. Option 1 includes a private yacht trip along Dubai’s coastline with lunch onboard, followed by free time to relax or explore, and dinner at a local seafood restaurant. Option 2 offers a free morning for shopping or relaxation, then an afternoon desert safari, ending with a traditional BBQ dinner in the desert with entertainment.

February 23: Departure

Begin the morning with breakfast at the hotel, followed by check-out. Later, head to DXB for your return flight to IST.
